The wood is reclaimed pine which is sanded to a high finish. All the natural features of the pine really show up beautifully when sanded and finished with the stain or paint of your choice. A dding to the design is the chunky natural rope front finish which adds to the rustic appeal with the knots dipped in wax to seal them.
